Federico Bonaglia

Federico Bonaglia currently serves as the Deputy Director of the OECD Development Centre, having held various leadership roles since joining in January 2010. Responsibilities include management of the Governing Board's work, overseeing the Programme of Work and Budget, and leading governance reforms and regional economic analyses. Previous positions include Senior Counselor to the Director and Head of Division, where Federico directed policy dialogue networks and regional cooperation activities. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Policy Advisor in the Development Cooperation Directorate and Senior Policy Analyst in the G8/G20 Sherpa Office in Italy. Federico's educational background features advanced degrees from Università Bocconi and training at The Wharton School.
