Amy Hammond has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Amy is currently working at OEConnection (OEC) as the VP and General Manager for Supply Chain, EPC, and Product Operations. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Director at the same company. From 2015 to 2018, Amy served as a Group Product Manager at Blackbaud, where they played a key role in driving the growth and transformation of the Smart Tuition K-12 Division. Before that, Amy was the Chief Product Officer at Smart Tuition, where they led the company through a successful acquisition and introduced innovative features to the financial aid management product. Amy also has experience working at NAIS as a National Director and Regional Director, focusing on membership and sales, as well as at First Marblehead in sales and product management roles. Amy began their career at Rosalind Franklin University as an Assistant Director of Financial Aid. Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and product management skills.
Amy Hammond received their Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from Northeastern Illinois University from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they attended the University of New Hampshire from 1990 to 1992, studying Communication. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including "Creative Exercises to Spark Original Thinking" from LinkedIn in 2019, "Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership" from LinkedIn in 2018, "Certified Scrum Product Owner" from Scrum Alliance in 2015, and several certifications from Pragmatic Marketing and Blackbaud.
