Colleen Cebuliak

Colleen Cebuliak, KC is an experienced corporate commercial lawyer with a background in mergers and acquisitions. With a career spanning from private practice to in-house roles, Colleen has held various legal positions with companies such as OEG Inc., Western Energy Services Corp., Kingsgate, Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo), and Dentons Canada LLP. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta, and a Master of Laws degree in Securities from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School.
