Jade Nyland

Jade Nyland is an accomplished professional in event management and communications, currently serving as the Director of Event Operations at OEG Inc. since November 2024. Previously, Jade held the position of Assistant General Manager and Event Manager at the City of Grande Prairie from September 2020 to November 2024, where responsibilities included developing and managing various events in collaboration with stakeholders. Jade's experience also includes roles as Events & Marketing Specialist at the City of Grande Prairie (2018-2020) and Communications Officer for the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Foundation (2017-2018). Earlier career highlights include positions as Special Project Assistant and Administrative Assistant at Encana Corporation. Jade holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Arts in University Transfer from Northwestern Polytechnic, and is currently pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing at NAIT.
