Manuel Pena Freire has accrued extensive experience in the technology and project management sectors. Currently serving as Key Account Director and Director of the Noroeste Business Unit at Grupo Oesía since 2003, Manuel Pena Freire is responsible for overseeing regional offers, engaging in client negotiations, and ensuring project delivery meets quality standards and deadlines. Prior to this role, Manuel Pena Freire worked at Dinsa Soluciones from January 1995 to May 2003 as a Project Manager, where the team achieved a 95% implementation rate of advance appointment systems in primary healthcare. In 2022, Manuel Pena Freire completed a postgraduate degree in Sustainability and Social Innovation at Universidade da Coruña.
