Yvonne Zampatti

Yvonne Zampatti serves as the Head of HR EMEA for the Oetiker Group since February 2020, overseeing HR responsibilities across multiple countries including Lithuania, Poland, Sweden, Germany, Spain, and Switzerland. Prior roles within the Oetiker Group include Head of HR Switzerland, where Yvonne led national and international HR initiatives, and Head of Talent Acquisition, responsible for all talent acquisition activities. Previous experiences include HR Business Partner at Open Systems, HR Specialist at Brütsch/Rüegger Group Services AG, and HR Business Partner at Sage Schweiz AG, alongside earlier HR and commercial administrative roles. Yvonne holds several advanced HR qualifications, including an Advanced Federal Diploma and a Higher Vocational Education and Training Diploma in HR from AKAD, as well as a Federal Diploma in Corporate HR Management from NBW, Zürich.
