Jennifer Lewen has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources and eLearning fields. Jennifer began their career in 2013 at Zinc Ahead Ltd, where they held the roles of Product Executive, Training Officer, and Customer Support Administrator. In 2015, they moved to Veeva Systems and worked as an eLearning Developer and Product Manager. In 2019, they joined Dr. Notghi Contract Research GmbH as a Human Resources Administrator. Currently, they are employed at Oetker Digital as a People Manager, where they are responsible for managing HR documents, maintaining personnel records, preparing monthly payroll, organizing and conducting On- & Offboarding, working on HR-related projects, and responding to HR-related employee questions.
