The Human Resources team at Ofcom is responsible for managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and professional development. They focus on enhancing workforce capabilities through leadership and learning programs, managing internal communication, overseeing pensions and rewards, and implementing effective HR technologies to ensure regulatory staff are well-supported and equipped to perform their best.
