Erin Carlson

Erin Carlson has extensive work experience in human resources, starting in 2002 at Umpqua Bank as a VP/HR Business Partner. Erin then moved to Pacific Foods in 2012, where they held multiple roles, including Sr. HR Business Partner and HR Director for Corporate & Commercial Functions. In these positions, Erin collaborated with functional leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives. In October 2022, they joined OFD Foods, LLC as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Erin Carlson pursued their education in a chronological sequence. Beginning in 1999, they attended Umpqua Community College for a duration of two years, specializing in Accounting. In 2005, they enrolled at Portland State University, where they completed an HR Certification focused on Human Resources Management within the same year. Most recently, from 2022 to 2024, Erin obtained their Bachelor's degree in Management & Organizational Leadership from George Fox University.
