Joseph Chan has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies in the gaming and technology industry. Joseph began their career in 2000 as an Assistant Lead Quality Assurance Analyst at Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC, where they managed quality assurance for PlayStation software and hardware products. In 2005, they joined iRiver America as a Sales/Operations Analyst, responsible for product distribution and sales forecasting. Joseph then returned to Sony in 2006 as a Creative Services Specialist, providing design direction for software packages and marketing materials. Joseph continued to grow within Sony, taking on the role of Sr. Creative Services Specialist and later becoming the Creative Services Manager, actively managing the design and production process for hardware and peripherals. In 2010, they transitioned to the position of Senior Production Planning Analyst, overseeing production planning for PlayStation hardware product lines. Joseph's most recent role was as an Operations Program Manager at Sony, where they managed the full life cycle of SCEA products and collaborated with various departments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Joseph Chan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management from San Jose State University between 1999 and 2004. Joseph then pursued a Master's in Management with a specialization in Innovation in Management at Mahidol University from 2014 to 2015.
