Will Razen

Will is a control engineer and reinforcement learning researcher based in São Paulo, Brazil. Having worked in data science, financial services and management consulting for more than 10 years, he is especially suited for helping OfferFit’s customers attain outstanding results. Past experiences include Bain & Company, Credit Suisse, and leading the NLP Engineering team in Latin America’s largest bank, Itaú. He is passionate about understanding human intelligence and designing autonomous decision systems.
