Anuradha Pariti

Anuradha Pariti currently serves as the Director of Engineering at OfferUp since May 2022, following a tenure at Splunk where leadership in Distributed Search played a crucial role in the Splunk Data Platform. Prior to Splunk, Anuradha spent nearly two decades at IBM, progressing through multiple senior managerial roles, including oversight of IBM Cloud Private for Data and driving innovation in Unified Governance and Machine Learning. Anuradha's early career included positions at The University of Arizona and as a software intern. Anuradha holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Arizona and completed the Stanford LEAD Executive Education program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
