Laura Spencer is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for the CTO/CPO at OfferUp, Laura has been instrumental in enhancing the platform's growth as the largest mobile marketplace for local transactions in the U.S. Previous roles include Associate Director at Chewy, Manager of Software Engineering at Ultimate Software, and Sr. Director of Product Development and IT at Paycor, where significant organizational transformations and efficiency improvements were achieved. Laura's career spans over two decades, with leadership positions at esteemed companies such as LexisNexis and Fifth Third Bank, where complex projects in technology and product management were successfully delivered. Laura holds a BS in Systems Analysis from Miami University.
