Dhanalakshmi Rangarajan

Dhanalakshmi Rangarajan currently serves as the Head of Technical Program Management at Rocket Lawyer since March 2020 and is an Advisory Board Member for Transformative Leadership at the University of California, Riverside. Previously, Dhanalakshmi held leadership roles, including Leadership and Management Program at the University of California, Berkeley from November 2021 to November 2023, Sr. IT Consultant Leader at Kaiser Permanente from December 2012 to 2019, and Senior Project Leader at Target Corporation from March 2006 to November 2012. Dhanalakshmi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Anna University and is furthering education at Cornell University from March 2025 to July 2025. Early education includes attending Vanavani for high school.
