Debbie Harrison-North

Debbie Harrison-North is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as the Interim Human Resources Director and Head of People Services at the Office for Nuclear Regulation since April 2011, Debbie is responsible for oversight of recruitment and resourcing, payroll, pension, shared services, health and safety, and security vetting. Prior to this, Debbie held various positions at the Health and Safety Executive from October 1999 to March 2011, including Head of Resourcing and Recruitment & Resource Manager. Debbie holds Fellow and MCIPD qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, reflecting a solid educational foundation in human resources management.
