Howard Cantor is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in managing large organizations within the public sector, particularly in natural resource revenue and environmental protection. Currently serving as the Director of the Office of Natural Resources Revenue since March 2020, Cantor oversees strategic planning and policy for an organization with approximately 600 employees. Previous roles include Deputy Director of ONRR and Director of the Bureau of Land Management's National Operations Center. Cantor's background also includes significant positions at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, where expertise was demonstrated in operations management, environmental enforcement, and leadership during organizational developments. Education includes a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
