Project Development Officer III (capacity Building Officer) at Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU)

Katja Estioko currently serves as a Project Development Officer III (Capacity Building Officer) at the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU) since November 2023, where contributions focus on advancing organizational capacity to fulfill the agency's mandate. Prior to this role, Katja held several positions at the PH Commission on Higher Education from October 2018 to November 2023, including Team Lead for the Scholarships for Staff and Instructors' Knowledge Advancement Program (SIKAP) and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for the Scholarships for Graduate Studies – Local (SGS-L) Team. Additionally, experience includes working as a Writing and Editing Consultant at Nanyang Educational Supplies, where educational materials were reviewed and test questions authored, and as an Upper Grades and High School Teacher at John Dewey School for Children. Katja is pursuing a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy and Program Administration at the University of the Philippines, having previously earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the same institution.
