Mark Six is an accomplished Chief Information Officer at the Office of the Public Defender Maryland since October 2019, bringing over two decades of experience in higher education IT management from West Virginia University, where roles included Executive Director of Information Technology Services and Interim CIO. Mark has expertise in managing enterprise applications, IT resource planning, and organizational development. A veteran of the US Army Reserves, Mark served as a Military Police Officer with honorable discharge and participated in Operation Desert Shield/Storm. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Management from the American Public University System and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from Fairmont State University.
