April Brown

April Brown has over 18 years of experience in customer service and management. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Office360 since March 2015, April supervises customer and sales support teams while assisting over 30 Sales Representatives with account management and order entries. Prior experience includes roles as Sales Support Manager at Accutech Data Supplies, where April recruited and mentored new customer service representatives and implemented enhancements to improve departmental efficiency. Additional experience includes positions in accounts payable and complaints handling at ICC Business Products and the Better Business Bureau Serving Central Indiana, respectively. April holds a diploma from Pike High School, graduated in 1998.
