Eric Pontillo

Eric Pontillo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Eric began their career as a Customer Support Representative at Teleperformance in 2012, before moving on to Convergys where they worked as a Technical Support Representative and later as a Subject Matter Expert. In 2015, they joined 24-7 Inc. as a Technical Support Representative Tier II, assisting end users with technical difficulties. In 2016, Eric joined Author Solutions, LLC as a Publishing Service Associate, helping authors self-publish their books.

Eric's career then shifted towards operations management, starting with OfficePartners360 in 2017 where they held various roles, including Assistant Operations Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, and Associate Director of Operations. Eric was responsible for leading teams, driving operational excellence, and expanding services to drive revenue growth. In their current role as Director of Operations, Eric orchestrates strategic growth and operational excellence across a diverse portfolio that includes a prominent food delivery service account.

Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated a strong focus on customer service, procurement, and empowering high-performing teams. Eric has achieved notable successes in expanding accounts, driving vertical expansion, and providing strategic leadership.

Eric Pontillo attended Father Saturnino Urios University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Computer Programming. In 2019, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from ELEVATE SIX SIGMA.
