About the role:

As a leader of the People Experience team you will play an important role in creating a positive employee experience globally throughout the entire employment lifecycle. You would be  responsible for all People functions from attraction to offboarding, ensuring that our employees have an exciting and rewarding journey with the company.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead a team of People Partners and reinforce the team culture of continuous improvement, growth, and recognition.

  • Own the engagement review and creation of follow up goals and action plans globally.

  • Be responsible for Performance Management in the organization, partnering with all leaders and upholding our high standards of performance and behavior.

  • Own the Total Rewards program - managing all compensation and benefits execution and improvements.

  • Monitor and improve programs such as On call, night shifts work, payroll procedures.

  • Develop and successfully roll-out global processes and programs.

  • Organize internal events - annual global team building,  team celebrations, networking events.

  • Provide support to employees and managers on a daily basis.

  • Be responsible for accurate administration of  the employee lifecycle in compliance with legal requirements.

What you need to succeed:

  • Solid experience in an HR Generalist and/or Business partner role, preferably in a global company.

  • At least 2 years experience in a Management role.

  • Solid knowledge of employment laws, and regulations in Bulgaria.

  • Great project management skills with experience leading complex cross-team projects.

  • Excellent communication skills evident at different levels of the organization - from junior specialists to executives.

  • Curious personality, continuously expanding your knowledge in HR practices across the globe.

  • Advanced skills in working with HRIS and other HR software such as Lattice.

  • Solid skills in Excel/ Google Spreadsheets and overall Microsoft office/Google suite.

  • Fluent English.
