Emma Rodda-Hopkins

Emma Rodda-Hopkins is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and capability management. Currently serving as the People and Capability Manager at Officeworks since March 2021, Emma previously held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Australia Post from November 2018 to March 2021. Emma's extensive career at Telstra spanned nearly nine years, during which various senior HR roles were undertaken, focusing on customer experience, transformation, and service delivery. Earlier positions include HR Advisor and HR Administrator at Mills Oakley and roles as a Workplace Relations Advisor at the Department of Education, Employment, and Workplace Relations. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in HR and Marketing from Swinburne University of Technology, completed in 2003.
