Joshua Holmes

Joshua Holmes is an accomplished CX Design Lead at Officeworks, where leadership and mentorship have driven team growth and creativity across various design roles. With experience as a co-founder and program director for UX Camp Melbourne and as an Advanced Responder with St John Ambulance (Vic), Joshua combines design expertise with clinical leadership, managing significant volunteer operations and enhancing training protocols. Previous positions at Telstra and muru-D featured roles in experience design and community management. Joshua holds a double Bachelor's Degree from Griffith University and additional certifications in training and assessment, information technology, and public safety.
