Ryan Helkowski

Ryan Helkowski has an extensive background in real estate and hospitality consulting. Currently, Ryan is the Real Estate Sales & Advisory at OFFICIAL and also serves as the Founder of Relevant Luxury Group, specializing in hospitality and real estate consulting. Prior to their current roles, Ryan worked in development at Related Companies, acquisitions and asset management analysis at Prudential Real Estate Investors, and financial analysis at MGM Resorts International. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration with minors in Real Estate and Italian Studies from Cornell University.
