Ngoc-Han Nguyen Thi

Ngoc-Han Nguyen Thi is the current Human Resources Officer at Officience. Ngoc-Han has previous experience working as the Chief du personnel at Big C Supercenter Public Company Limited from September 2007 to August 2012 and as a Chargees de mission at CCI France Vietnam - CCIFV from February 2007 to July 2007. In their role as Chief du personnel, they provided advice to operational staff on all areas of HR (labor law, career management, recruitment, training, compensation, etc.), and coordinated all activities related to the HR project. As a Chargees de mission, they were responsible for communication with agencies/clients in France by telephone and email, organization and preparation of meetings for French companies with Vietnamese companies in the construction sector in Danang and Europain in HCM- Ville, and hotel and airline reservations for French company travel.

Ngoc-Han Nguyen Thi attended PACE Institute of Management and studied Chief Human Resources Officer. Ngoc-Han later attended Global Cyber Soft company and studied Key user Human Resources - Management & Administration with SAP. Finally, they attended Hanoi National Academy of Public Administration where they studied Administrative office. Ngoc-Han has a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from Hong Bang University and a Bachelor's degree in Secretary and Accounting from Economic University.

Ngoc-Han Nguyen Thi reports to Duc Ha-Duong, Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer. Ngoc-Han Nguyen Thi works with Cao-Phong Duong - Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer, Ai-Duyen Nguyen Ngoc - Accounting Officer, and Nam-Phuong Nguyen Luong - Community Engagement Officer.
