Amit Kumar Singh

Amit Kumar Singh is a research scientist at OFFIS - Institute for Information Technology since May 2023, previously serving as a software engineer at ZF Group from March 2022 to April 2023, specializing in electric power steering features and steer-by-wire prototyping. From September 2018 to April 2022, Amit worked as a research assistant at BIBA - Bremer Institut für Produktion und Logistik GmbH, focusing on indoor localization challenges in collaborative robotic environments and developing a monitoring tool for Highly Accelerated Life Tests. Prior experience includes a role as a research assistant at the Institute for Artificial Intelligence, contributing to a reasoning and learning framework for robots, and a software engineer position at Accenture, where Amit gained extensive programming experience. Amit holds a master's degree in Control, Microsystems, and Microelectronics from the University of Bremen and a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Dayananda Sagar Institutions.
