Annika Ofenloch is a researcher at OFFIS - Institute for Information Technology, specializing in the co-simulation of multi-modal energy systems within the R&D Division Energy since May 2020. Previously, Annika gained international experience during a working holiday in South Korea from March 2019 to March 2020. Prior to that, Annika served as a researcher at Deutsches Zentrum für Luft-und Raumfahrt e.V. from September 2011 to February 2019, where responsibilities included roles as a research assistant in the Institute of Space Systems, focusing on avionics systems, as well as student research assistant positions in both the Institute of Space Systems and the Institute of Aerodynamics and Flow Technology. Annika holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Bremen and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), complemented by a semester abroad at Dickinson College in the United States.
