Hunter J. Barnes

Hunter J. Barnes has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Programming Board Member for the Undergraduate Student Government. In 2015, they became a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, building a financial services practice and obtaining an Ohio Health and Life insurance License. Later in 2015, they worked as a University of Toledo Ticket Representative at The Aspire Group Inc, where they spearheaded ticket sales and organized season ticket mailing campaigns. In 2016, Barnes served as a Sales Associate at Brooks Brothers, achieving personal productivity and demonstrating product knowledge. Hunter J. also worked as a Sales and Merchandising employee at Vintage Wine Distributor Inc, actively pursuing new clients and staying current in product trends. In 2017, Barnes became a Professional Clothier at Tom James Company, and in 2018, they transitioned to the role of Regional Manager at TruePoint Laser Scanning, LLC. From 2021 to 2023, they worked as an Account Manager at Impact Networking, LLC, assisting organizations in overcoming business challenges through technology. Currently, they are an Account Manager at OFFSITE, LLC.

Hunter J. Barnes attended Whitmer High School from 2008 to 2011. After completing high school, they enrolled at Kent State University in 2011 and graduated in 2017. During their time at Kent State, Hunter studied Marketing and Sport Administration. In 2015, they also briefly attended the University of Toledo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing. In terms of additional certifications, Hunter obtained the CrossFit Programming certification from CrossFit, LLC in November 2022, as well as the CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) certification in March 2022.
