Edita Gargasiene

Edita Gargasiene has a diverse work experience. Edita started their career in 2015 as a Sustainability Intern at Camden Climate Change Alliance. In 2015, they also took on the role of an Email Delivery Executive Intern at ICLP. Edita then became an Email Delivery Executive at ICLP from April 2016 to October 2016.

In 2016, Edita joined Ofgem as an Energy Efficiency and Social Programmes Officer and worked there until July 2017. Edita was then promoted to the position of Energy Efficiency and Social Programmes Assistant Manager from August 2017 to April 2018. Subsequently, they served as a Reporting and Data Manager from April 2018 to September 2018, and then as an Energy Efficiency and Social Programmes Manager from September 2018 to January 2019.

Their tenure at Ofgem continued with their role as an Assurance Manager from January 2019 to October 2022. Currently, Edita holds the position of Senior Compliance Manager at Ofgem, starting in November 2022.

Edita Gargasiene completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Ecology and the Environment from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas. Edita attended this university from 2008 to 2012. Later on, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Economics and Policy of Energy and the Environment from UCL. Edita attended UCL from 2014 to 2015.
