Graham Baird

Graham Baird has a diverse work experience in content design and copywriting. Their most recent role was as a Content Designer at Ofgem, which they started in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Flojo Content as a Content Designer and Copywriter starting in December 2022. Before that, they were a Content Designer at the UK Hydrographic Office from December 2022 to April 2023. Graham has also held positions as a Senior Content Designer at the Ministry of Justice UK from February 2021 to December 2022 and at The Scottish Government from September 2019 to February 2021. Additionally, they have experience as a Digital Site Builder and Content Editor at Three. from November 2018 to September 2019, a Copywriter & Content Executive at Robertson Group from April 2018 to November 2018, a Digital Copywriter at Loxley Colour from September 2015 to January 2018, a Copywriter at s1jobs from December 2014 to September 2015, and a Product Copywriter at Occa-Home from April 2013 to December 2014.

Graham Baird has an extensive education history in the field of design and technology. In 2005, they attended City of Glasgow College and obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Information and Communication Technologies. Following this, from 2008 to 2009, Graham pursued a BSc in Multimedia Technology at the University of the West of Scotland, specializing in Intermedia/Multimedia.

In recent years, Graham has focused on expanding their skill set in the area of UX design. From 2020 to 2021, they completed a Professional Diploma in UX Design from the UX Design Institute. Building on this foundation, they gained further expertise with a Professional Certificate in Visual Design from the same institute, which they obtained in June 2022.

In 2023, Graham pursued additional training in content design. Graham completed a Professional Certificate in Content Design from the UX Design Institute in that year. Additionally, they obtained an Advanced Content Design course certification from Content Design London in February 2023.
