Keren Maschler

Keren Maschler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water and wastewater engineering and regulatory oversight. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Ofgem since September 2014, Keren specializes in assessing the performance of Transmission Operators under the RIIO T1 price control and leads cost assessments for offshore transmission systems. Previously, Keren held roles at the Israel Water Authority as a Senior Analyst and Water and Wastewater Engineer, overseeing investment plans, performance reports, and compliance with municipal water master plans. Keren's early career included positions at Marshal Engineers and tahal, where project design and implementation were key responsibilities. Keren holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering Technology from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
