Leo Franco has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Leo currently works at EDF (UK) as a Senior Portfolio Analyst, where they have been since October 2022. Lastly, Leo was involved in Organizational Development at NHSBromley_CCG in 2015, overseeing educational events for general practice staff and managing practice finances.

Leo Franco completed their Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the University of Leeds in 2014. Leo then pursued their Masters in Sustainable Energy Technology from Delft University of Technology, which they completed in 2019.
