Tess Hall

Tess Hall has extensive work experience in various roles at Ofgem, starting from 2014. Tess'smost recent position at Ofgem is as the Head of Policy Scoping and Stakeholder Engagement, where they built and led a team focused on centralised policy scoping and stakeholder engagement. Tess also played a temporary promotion role as the Deputy Director and established a framework for team success. Before that, they worked as the Head of Transformation Delivery, where they provided oversight for multiple organizational change projects and gained recognition for their success at the team head level. Prior to their roles at Ofgem, Tess worked as an Insights Analyst at Unitywater, where they provided senior management with operational performance data and managed analytics requests. Tess also has experience in environmental planning and assessment, having worked as a Project Officer at Atmos Consulting Ltd and as an Environmental Scientist at IKM Consulting Ltd.

Tess Hall pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning in 2005. Tess attended The University of Edinburgh from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geography. Following this, in 2009-2010, Tess enrolled at Newcastle University and completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Clean Technology. Finally, from 2017 to 2019, they attended Strathclyde Business School, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Applied Economics.
