Briony Mathieson has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Briony is currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Olam Food Ingredients (OFI) since January 2020. Briony was also the Global Head of Marketing at Hosta Schokolade from 1995 to 1997 and the Marketing Director at BREAKTHROUGH BREAST CANCER from 1993 to 1995. Briony started their career as an Account Director at Simons Palmer in 1991 and as an Account Manager at Collett Dickenson Pearce in 1989.

Briony Mathieson attended Canford School from 1982 to 1984. Briony then went on to Durham University from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in English, French, and Psychology.
