Paras Goyal

Paras Goyal has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Paras is currently working as the Vice President of Nut Ingredients at OFI since October 2021. Before joining OFI, Paras held various positions at Olam, starting as a Trainee at Nestlé India in 1996. Paras later worked at Jagatjit Industries Limited as an Officer - Production in 1997 and then joined Hindustan Unilever Ltd as a Senior Officer - Development from 1998 to 2003. Paras then moved to Bunge as an Executive-Technical from 2003 to 2005. Following that, they joined Olam in 2005 and held positions such as Factory Manager and Manager-Operations. From 2009 to 2013, they served as the Deputy General Manager - Operations & Technical for Cashew Supply Chain at Olam. Paras then moved on to become the General Manager - Operations & Technical for Edible Nuts Supply Chain from 2014 to 2018. Finally, they took on the role of Vice President - Manufacturing & Innovation at Olam from 2018 to September 2021.

Paras Goyal completed Executive Education and ExecOnline programs at the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2017, focusing on Leading Operational Excellence. In 1996, they obtained a B Tech degree in Dairy & Food from Rajasthan Agricultural University. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Leading and Managing Globally from the Yale School of Management and Leading Customer-Centric Growth from The Wharton School in 2022 and 2021 respectively.
