Sherif El-Shenawy's work experience begins in 2015 as a Customer Support Representative at dopay. In 2016, they become an HR Recruitment Specialist at IMI Recruitment and later at SMS - Security & Monitoring Services. In 2017, Sherif joins BasharSoft (forasna.com) as a Recruitment Consultant and later becomes a Senior Recruitment Consultant, where they are responsible for distributing team targets and ensuring their achievement. In 2019, they move to Trans Business For Trading & Distribution as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing the recruitment process and designing job descriptions. Currently, Sherif works at ofi as the Regional Talent Acquisition & OD Lead for EMENA, where they focus on talent acquisition, building relationships with agencies, and monitoring sourcing channels.

Sherif EL.Shenawy obtained a Bachelor's degree in law from the Faculty of Law Eng. department, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Gezira language school from 1997 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various fields, including Employee Engagement, Hiring an Employee for Managers, Certification Prep: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Interviewing Techniques, Interviewing a Job Candidate for Recruiters, Recruiting Foundations: Recruiting for In-House Recruiters, HR Foundation certificate, and CONTRACTS TRANSLATION.
