Randy Morin

Randy Morin has a diverse work experience in various roles at OFS. Randy started in 2010 as a Sr, Manager Engineering and Quality Assurance before becoming a Technical Manager in 2013 and a General Manager in 2015. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Vice President- Global Fiber Operations and later transitioned to the role of Vice President - Global Transformation in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President- Corporate Governance and Compliance, which they started in 2023. Prior to their roles at OFS, they worked as the Quality and Test Engineering Manager from 2008 to 2009.

Randy Morin's education history includes a General Management Program from Harvard Business School in 2019, an Executive Certificate in Leadership from Kellogg Executive Education in 2017, an MS in Engineering Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 2000 to 2002, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1993 to 1997. Randy also holds an Executive Scholar Certificate in Leadership from Northwestern University, although the specific start and end years for this certificate are unknown.
