Richard Levy has a diverse work experience in marketing and leadership roles. Richard currently works at OFX as the Head of Marketing for EMEA and Global Digital Partnerships. Prior to this, they held an interim role as the Head of Marketing for EMEA and Global Brand at the same company. Richard previously worked at MoneyGram International, where they held various marketing director positions, including Marketing Director for Europe, Digital and Key Partnerships, Northern Europe, UK, Ireland, Nordics, and the Baltics. Richard also worked as a Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager at the same company. Before that, they worked at GE Money as a Client Sales and Marketing Manager and at First National as a Marketing Manager. Richard started their career at Abbey as an Assistant Marketing Manager.

Richard Levy has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Brunel University London, which they obtained from 1995 to 1998. Richard has also pursued further education in the field of Brand Management, completing programs at the London Business School in 2021 and the Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson in 2019 and 2017. Additionally, in 2022, Richard attended the MAD//Masters by Rory Sutherland program.
