Dustin Cordier is the Head of Global Sales at OGARAJETS. Dustin is also the Founder & Head Coach at StepZero Coaching. Dustin is a Committee Member & Leadership Conference Co-chair at NBAA, where Dustin provides guidance to aviation department managers. Previously, Dustin served as the Managing Partner at jetAVIVA and as the President at Embraer, responsible for sales of all business aircraft. Dustin has a background in sales, management, and leadership, with experience in companies like Cessna Aircraft Company, FlightSafety International, AmSouth Bank, and the United States Air Force. Dustin holds a B.S. in General Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
