Lauren Hayes

Lauren Hayes is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing various aspects of human resources across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager at OGD™ Overhead Garage Door, Lauren leads the design and implementation of employee benefits programs and collaborates with executive leadership on HR policies. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Remarkable Healthcare, where operational functions were streamlined, and as an HR Specialist at Osseo Area Schools, overseeing a workforce of over 1,000 employees. Additional experience includes positions at The Lacek Group and UnitedHealth Group, contributing to employee relations and HR operations. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Tarleton State University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in the same field.
