Liz Duncan

Liz Duncan is currently a Product Manager at OGGS® since September 2022 and also the Owner of Liz Duncan Bakes, a part-time home baking business producing celebration cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goods since October 2021. With a background in product development and food technology, Liz has held various roles such as Product Development Manager at Greencore, Brand Innovator at Mission Foods, and New Product Development Technologist at Bokomo Foods (UK) Ltd. Prior to their career in food development, Liz worked as a Senior Sous Chef at Stoke Rochford Hall and as a lecturer at Grantham College. Liz holds a degree in HND Food Science & Manufacturing from the University of Lincoln, along with certifications in HACCP, food safety, and essential chocolate skills.
