Dora Grimová

Dora Grimová serves as the People Director at Ogilvy Czech since September 2023, also fulfilling the role of HR Director. Prior to this, Dora operated as a freelance External Trainer of soft skills and a Certified Coach, as well as an HR and Career Consultant starting in August 2018. From July 2018 to August 2023, Dora held the position of Head of HR for the Relief and Development Department at People in Need, also serving as an HR Advisor in that department. At Deloitte Czech Republic, from March 2005 to May 2018, Dora worked as an HR Manager and Senior Coordinator specializing in Learning & Development, focusing on the design and delivery of soft skills training. Earlier positions include roles at Door Training & Consulting and as an Au-pair in the UK. Education includes studies at the College of Economics and Management in Prague and Charles University.
