Paul Arena has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the marketing and advertising industry. Paul is currently serving as the Head of Strategy & Planning at Ogilvy Australia since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Strategy at BWM Isobar from July 2019 to January 2022. From 2013 to 2019, Paul worked at TBWA\Australia, where they held different positions including Group Planning Director, Planning Director for TBWA Melbourne, Digital Planner, and Digital Strategist. During their time at TBWA\Australia, Paul consulted on production, devised launch strategies, and managed marketing campaigns. Paul also worked as a Digital Strategist at Web Series: The Katering Show in 2015, where they planned and managed the launch campaign and advised on content production. Before that, they worked as an Integration Director at CumminsRoss in 2013 and as an Interactive Director at Whybin TBWA from 2012 to 2013. Paul's earlier roles include an Account Director position at Lifelounge Group from 2010 to 2012, and a Creative Director role at Integrated Concept from 2006 to 2010. Paul started their career as a Marketing Manager at In2Games from 2004 to 2006.
Paul Arena completed a Mini MBA in Marketing from Marketing Week in 2022. Prior to this, they earned a BA in Interactive Multimedia from Edith Cowan University from 1999 to 2001.
