Dogan Kucuk

Dogan Kucuk is a seasoned construction project manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects within the energy and construction sectors. Currently employed at Øglænd System Group since December 2023, Dogan oversees a package of offshore substation projects totaling 2600 MW and leads multidisciplinary teams. Previously, Dogan served as an International Lead Engineer at Hilti Group from September 2020 to November 2023, mentoring MEP engineers and developing risk mitigation strategies. Prior roles include Business Development Manager and Field Engineer at Hilti Turkey, where Dogan established strategic partnerships with key Oil and Gas clients and coordinated various projects. Earlier experience includes roles as a Technical Office Engineer at ES GROUP and Project Engineer at KOLIN Construction. Dogan holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Middle East Technical University, earned between 2007 and 2013.
