Currently serving as Global Consulting Director for Research & Insights at Ogilvy, Lourdes previously held key roles at Bacardi, including Director of Strategic Insights & Analytics for Innovation & Acceleration Brands, Senior Consumer Insights Manager, and Consumer Insights Planner. Earlier career experience includes serving as Quantitative Research Project Director at Encuesta, Inc. and as Moderator and Qualitative Research Manager at Behavioral Science Research Corporation. Lourdes holds a BA in Political Science from Columbia University and an MA in Political Economy from the University of Maryland.
