Nourhan A. Mabrouk has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. From 2015-2016, they were a Subject Matter Expert at Teleperformance. From 2016-2019, they were a Senior Account Manager at Hindawi Publishing. In 2019, they were a Senior Quality Control Engineer at Ogram, a Software Quality Engineer at Softmills, and a Software Quality Control Engineer at NTI. In their roles, they have participated in all phases of the software development lifecycle, created test plans and test cases, reviewed quality specifications and technical design documents, and acted as a liaison between authors, editors and reviewers.

Nourhan A. Mabrouk obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from Ain Shams University between 2011 and 2015.
