Sarah Phillips

Sarah Phillips is the Senior Client Services Director at OH Partners. Sarah has over four years of experience in the field and has previously worked as an Account Supervisor at R&R Partners. Sarah is responsible for brand direction and strategic vision on account initiatives for Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority, the agency’s largest account. Sarah is also accountable for successfully delivering high-value work that is completed on strategy, on time and on budget.

In their previous role, Sarah collaborated with strategist and creative director on all communication briefs. Sarah ensured team had a thorough understanding of insights regarding client’s business objectives. Sarah also provided POV for cross-functional team on strategy, research, creative direction, channel selection, competitive analysis and production. In addition, they managed media collaboration and influencer programs, working in conjunction with international publishers and content creators to create custom content distribution plans.

Sarah has a comprehensive knowledge of the travel & tourism industry, as well as more nuanced initiatives, such as meetings & conventions, business travel and destination weddings. Sarah also led trend forecasting and annual planning for assigned programs. Sarah worked with team to develop high-level client presentations, including materials for annual resort partner meetings and client’s marketing committee and board of directors meetings.

Sarah has built and maintained relationships with senior-level client contacts, including CMO and VP levels, focusing on synergy between client and agency teams. Some of their notable clients include Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority, National Hockey League, Allegiant Air, NV Energy, and Barrick Gold.

Sarah Phillips has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
