Sean McCann

Sean McCann has over 20 years of experience in the field of service operations and mechanical systems. Currently serving as Service Operations Manager at Ohio Cat since February 2013, McCann oversees a team of specially trained technicians providing 24/7 emergency repairs and manages 115 fully equipped service trucks. Prior to this role, McCann held the position of Boilermaker with Cleveland Local 744 for 15 years and served in the US Navy from 2006 to 2012 as Gas Turbine Systems Mechanical 2nd Class aboard the USS Destroyer DDG59. Responsibilities included supervising teams in propulsion and electrical plant operations, conducting maintenance and inspections, and developing comprehensive training programs. McCann completed a four-year apprenticeship with Boilermakers Local 744 and has extensive experience in mechanical repair, welding, and rigging. Additionally, McCann pursued education at Kent State University.
