Lauren Barber

Lauren Barber currently serves as the Human Resources Director at the Ohio History Connection since January 2020. Previously, Lauren held the position of Director of Human Resources at Hocking Valley Community Hospital from April 2017 to January 2020 and served as Human Resources Director at Respite Connections, Inc. from October 2014 to January 2017. Earlier in career, Lauren worked at the Columbus Center for Human Services, Inc. in dual roles as Infrastructure & Research Director and Human Resources Manager from September 2006 to September 2014, and was the Human Resources Director at HCR ManorCare from June 2005 to August 2006. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from Capital University.
