Lauren Kennedy is an experienced professional in digital projects and archival research, currently serving as the Digital Projects Coordinator at Ohio History Connection since September 2022. Previously, Lauren held positions as an Assistant Archivist at The Ohio State University and a Digitization Technician and Research Fellow at the American Philosophical Society. In a notable internship at Princeton University, Lauren transcribed 18,000 temperature readings from Thomas Jefferson's meteorological journals, creating a free online resource while collaborating with various organizations. Lauren's extensive experience in sales and customer relations includes roles at SWAROVSKI and Things Remembered. Lauren holds a Master's degree in Public History from Temple University and two Bachelor's degrees in History from The Ohio State University.
